Thanks to our friends at Mass Transit Magazine, I’m a guest blogger on the interactive feature of their magazine’s website.
The thrust of my argument is that the language we use for what we ask for — guaranteed appropriations, formula funding or operating assistance — is boring.
We need inspiring language that excites voters and elected officials to prioritize transit over other opportunities.
Essentially, our language needs a political makeover.
